Gideon Rosenblatt

Gideon Rosenblatt (@gideonro) has dedicated much of his working life to promoting the use of technology as a force for good in the world. He worked at Microsoft for nine years in marketing and managing product development teams, and pioneered its move onto the web with e-commerce services. He later spent another nine years running a “technology capacity builder” called Groundwire that served the environmental movement in the United States and Canada. Their R&D and consulting services helped hundreds of  organizations to better engage stakeholders and coordinate with allied networks. Gideon now writes about the impact that machine learning, automation, and now the blockchain have on the nature of work, society, and the human experience itself.
